The rays of the sun are rare. Many people, not only meteopaths, experience a deterioration of well-being.
No wonder we feel the difference because many changes are happening in nature outside. Plants stop growing, and animals go into hibernation or change their diet – nothing much happens.
However, we cannot go into winter mode in our lives. We work as before, get up simultaneously and conscientiously fulfil our daily duties, trying to overcome our weaknesses. The autumn-winter period also has a greater probability of catching an infection - if it happens to us, it significantly reduces the quality of our lives.
Pay attention to your health
During this period, everyone should pay more attention to their health. Dietary supplements can help boost our immune system. If we maintain our current physical activity, we will care for our health and internal balance. The psychophysical aspect of regular exercise significantly impacts our well-being, especially in such a difficult period. A similarly soothing effect will have regular, adequate sleep, ensuring proper regeneration and rest. Last but not least, try to be gentle with yourself. If you're in a worse mood, do something nice for yourself.
Take care of your relationships
One of the ways to overcome the autumn blues is undoubtedly contacting other people. It is worth spending the evening with friends or organising a meeting outside the home. However, walking with a pet will be helpful for those who prefer more freedom. Time spent with the dog on a walk or playing will also improve our mood. So let's put on our pet a harness, e.g. from BB Republic or a collar, and despite the less favourable weather, let's spend some time with him outside the house.
